The Center for Individual Rights is a very typical WordPress-based website for a non-profit public interest law firm. The website is coded on the Timber/Twig framework. I was responsible for the back-end development of the project with included setting up custom post types and importation of the former website’s database/content.
The website uses Advanced Custom Fields to template specific content. In addition, nearly all posts can have bi-directional relationships (i.e. relating a person with a new story and vice versa). The relationships are used extensively to showcase the law firm’s cases along with the associated case updates, attorneys, and news stories.
